After having my site for over 5 years I was not satisfied with it nor was I satisfied with what other web designers brought to the table until I found you. You listened to my thoughts, were very open to my suggestions and responded with a site that had more punch than even I expected. You took the time needed to work the bugs out of the site so it would be more user friendly for me to add content vs always having to call you to do that. While I know you are available to help me anytime in the future, you made it easy for me to make the changes as I desire.
The early launch of the site was also a nice surprise. Thanks for going over it with me before the launch. This allowed me to inform my agents who use it as well.
